Awoonor, Kofi

Escritor ganés en lingua inglesa. A súa obra nútrese da rica tradición oral e folclórica africana. Destaca en poesía o volume Rediscovery (Redescuberta, 1964), en teatro Ancestral Power (Poder ancestral, 1972) e as novelas This Earth, My Brother (Esta terra, meu irmán, 1971), The House by the Sea (A casa á beira do mar, 1978) e Comes the Voyage at Last (Por fin chega a viaxe, 1991).
