Mott, John Raleigh

Filántropo. Participou na fundación do World Council of Churches e foi o secretario xeral do International Comittee of the Young Men’s Christian Association (1915-1928) e do National War Work Council. Escribiu numerosas obras, como The Future Leadership of the Church (1909), The Larger Evangelism: The Sam P. Jones Lectures at Emory University, 1944 (1944) e Leadership of the Construtive Forces of the World (1931). Recibiu o Premio Nobel da Paz xunto con E. G. Balch (1946).
