Murray, John

Explorador e oceanógrafo canadense. Foi un dos organizadores e participantes da grande expedición do Challenger. Publicou Report on the Scientific Results of the Voyage of H. M. S. Challenger, 50 volumes, fundamento da oceanografía moderna, e The Depths of the Oceans (1912), en colaboración con J. Hjort.
